Go to the Streets

I’m a Presbyterian Pastor. In Nashville last week, I visited with Eric Hoey, our denominations point person for evangelism. We have talked on the phone, prayed together, and he will be coming to address our presbytery in October and keynoting our event in March.

It’s a privelege to know Eric and I appreciated some of what he had to say here: PC(USA) – Presbyterian News Service – Taking it to the streets.

“Are you spending more time in church meetings than befriending an unchurched person?” asked Hoey, the PC(USA)’s director for evangelism and church growth. “If God gives you opportunity to open your mouth and share your faith, seize that opportunity.”

Let me ask you this?
Are you spending time with unchurched people?
