		<description>This is a great reminder! I run our cafe regularly at church and am constantly seeing new people. It is sometimes a stretch for me to reach out and make welcoming small talk, but has become easier as I see the looks on their faces when they realize that someone cares and has taken the time. It&#039;s so worth it!!!</description>
