Evangelism for Busy Pastors Virtual Small Group

POSTPONED DUE TO LIFE CIRCUMSTANCES
I’m going to try an experiment with virtual coaching with a cohort model, geared specifically for pastors who:
- Feel too busy with church people
- Personal evangelism just doesn’t happen for you.
- Haven’t led a person to faith in Christ in over 1 year.
- Can’t wait for the next big conference.
- Realize you have no Non-Christian friends.
- Need to turn your church around before it dies.
- Feels like you’ve not had enough evangelism training
- Doesn’t feel like you can lead others in personal evangelism.
This group will be limited to pastors who are currently serving in churches.
If you are already an expert in evangelism, this isn’t for you.
But if evangelism is a personal challenge for you as a pastor, this is a potential solution for you.
Benefits of Virtual Coaching:
- What you can’t get from books alone
- No travel expense for you or me.
- Personal mentoring from me.
- Less expensive than a seminary course.
- Grow your skill set and potentially your church.
- Discover the thrill of talking about your faith with seekers.
This group will meet once a week for an hour or so, via TokBox so we can all see each others beautiful faces and get our assignment and such. Plan on a 90 minute window if we run over.
Course Syllabus
- Week 1: The God Hunt
- Week 2: The Art of Spiritual Conversation
- Week 3: Think you can explain the gospel?
- Week 4: Keeping the passion high.
Practical assignments will be given at the end of each week:
- Bible study on an evangelism encounter in the NT.
- Two spiritual conversations each week with people who are not yet followers of Christ.
- Personal coaching to reflect on the conversations
You will also have access to me for personalized coaching for up to 30 days after.

Sounds like a great opportunity, Chris. I’ll be praying and trying to do a bit of publicity as well. Some of our country churches might be interested.
