I am teaching a class at my church called “Sharing Your Faith with Confidence”. My pastor tells me is behind the class 100% as he emailed me that “the class is vital to the mission of our church”. He also challenges the congregation every week or two to identify someone and then to actually speak to them about Christ.
After seeing your video with Richard White and Chris Walker where Pastor White expresses frustration at not actually witnessing himself,
how can I tactfully communicate that to my pastor that he needs to be “doing it” himself and/or visibly being a part of our class to show “by example” that he is serious about “equipping the saints” himself rather that letting someone else be on the front line?
