You Want Me To Do What?

fear_face_licensedMany people find personal evangelism scary.

Some would rather clean a pig sty instead of talking about Jesus to their friends.

You know that Jesus commands us to go and share.

You know that your faith is meaningful.

But fear stands in the way.

Fear Free Evangelism seminars will help you overcome those natural fears and find fresh freedom in sharing your faith.

As you go through the seminar, you’ll

  • Learn to recognize God given moments to talk about your faith
  • Relax as you talk about your faith
  • Discover evangelism can be as normal and natural as breathing.

Recent testimonies:

The seminar dispelled the fears associated with evangelism. Both personal stories and Biblical truth provided a framework from which to proceed in making sharing my faith conversationally more a part of my lifestyle. I would highly recommend this class to anyone with a heart for becoming more verbal in their witness. — Participant

“You’ve got keen insight in to the hearts of people” — M Bews.

“I didn’t know evangelism could be that simple.” — S. Massie

Why I find Personal Evangelism Fun

I just found out that Chris Walker will be doing a workshop in National Capital in February 2010.

For those who don’t know me, I was on your staff for 8 years doing church development, and now I consult all over the country.

I am excited to hear that Chris will be in your midst. He and I were both key note speakers at a national event a little over a year ago.

I was impressed with Chris’ combination of experience and knowledge and how well he invites his listeners in to the ideas he shares.

He has lots of good stories to help you connect with what he is trying to explain.  He will offer you practical help and even leave you with action steps you can take home.

I am convinced that all of us, no matter our theological stripe, need to reclaim evangelism as part of our ministry.

There is a lot of research out there that shows that Presbyterians have tended to abandon evangelism (for a variety of reasons). While you don’t have to become Billy Graham, or take on a style that does not fit for you, but I do believe you (and I) need to become better at faith sharing again.

Chris will help you do that.
