The following fee schedule is in effect beginning December 1, 2009 and is valid until the next change.
I wish I could give it all away free. But I need to pay my own bills, and fees for events in the US help subsidize our Latin American offerings.
For cost effectiveness in the USA, we have a one day minimum and at least 25 participants.
See Workshops Formats to know what these formats are.

If I am in your area, I am available to preach at a church on Sunday. I am an ordained Presbyterian Pastor.
If I preach and receive a love offering during the service from the congregation for our international work, a discount is available off your 3 day weekend event. If you don’t do love offerings and prefer a fixed fee, no discount is available.
Travel Incidentals
Conference hosts are expected to cover travel expenses for airfare, rental car, and hotel, and meals.
I am open to borrowing a car from a local host, and staying in a home to save costs for you as the organizer.
If Chris is in the same region on the same trip conducting multiple events for different paying hosts, travel expenses will be shared equally and appropriately among the different events.
Raising Funds
There are a variety of ways to get the cost covered.
Hosts are encouraged to charge a small fee to registrants for the workshops to cover costs for lunch, materials, and maybe a continental breakfast.
Some organizations will use the love offering system, and make up the difference from their budget. Any overages are given to the ministry of Evangelism Coach for its international offerings.
Some will gather up 4-5 like minded churches to pitch in for the fee and expenses from their budgets.
Some will apply for grants from denominational committees, or ask the committee level to fund it.
