One of the biggest challenges I still hear about is inconsistency — great intentions that fade once the calendar gets busy. The best way to overcome that is with consistent, ongoing training that keeps the vision alive and your team encouraged.
I first recorded this short video back in 2009, on the rooftop of my apartment building. The cloud cover had me squinting like I was facing divine revelation, but the lesson still holds true: regular training keeps your hospitality ministry healthy.
